The classic holiday flavor of creamy eggnog in these gluten free vegan baked eggnog donuts. Quite the holly jolly morning treat!
I always looked forward to buying my first carton of eggnog of the season. Usually in November and I keep it all to myself. No one else in my family likes drinking eggnog. More for me!
Once I went dairy free, I was really missing eggnog. That’s why I was so excited when So Delicious Dairy Free came out with their Holiday Nog! It’s so creamy, with just the right amount of nutmeg. Just the way I remember it. Now I buy it multiple times during the holiday season. My favorite way to enjoy dairy free eggnog is in my morning latte. So, so, so good.
I even like to bake with the holiday nog too, like with these gluten free vegan baked eggnog donuts. Soft cake donuts {baked, not fried} with a simple eggnog glaze. Serve these to your family on Christmas morning, as they bake in no time.

These look amazing! Any idea how long to bake them for in mini doughnut pans? Would love to try them, but don’t have a full size pan! 🙂
