Pumpkin season is in full swing and I don’t know about you guys, but I will take it any which way you’ll give it to me. Wait, pumpkin isn’t a season? Well it should be. I have never met a pumpkin dish I didn’t like. Is it wrong that I could seriously have pumpkin at every meal as long as it’s in season?
Hi, my name is Beth and I am the yoga-obsessed clean-eating blogger behind Tasty Yummies, which I started almost 4 years ago. I have been 100% gluten-free, since discovering I had a severe intolerance nearly 9 years ago, additionally I have cleaned up my diet, cut out all processed foods and most dairy and in the process I lost over 30 pounds . All of the recipes I share on my website are gluten-free, clean and seasonal, many are dairy-free and vegan, too. I consider myself to be a “conscientious omnivore”, though most of what I eat are naturally vegan foods.
Sarah invited me to share a few of my favorite gluten-free pumpkin recipes with you today – I hope you like them. All four of these recipes are vegan, too. So no dairy or eggs. Please feel free to peruse the Tasty Yummies archives where you will find plenty more gluten-free pumpkin recipes, too.

This is one of my most popular recipes, ever. These grain-free mini-tarts are always a hit with everyone, vegan, gluten-free or not. I love serving these to any crowd of people, no one has ever been disappointed. These are just like the traditional pumpkin pie you’ve always known, but you can enjoy one of these totally guilt-free.
