Vega has a series coming up that I’m super excited about! I’ve shared my love for this company many times, like with my post and recipe for my green smoothie. I’ve recently been asked to join the Vega team, to help promote their new products and their company on Sarah Bakes Gluten Free Treats. It’s such an honor. Vega has a genuine desire to see people live a healthy lifestyle and they provides us with so many amazing plant-based products!
On September 10, Vega will launch Thrive Kitchen as part of their Thrive Forward web series. It’s going to be a collection of tips, recipes and the resources you need to incorporate more plant-based meals into your diet. Not a vegetarian or vegan? No worries! This video series will be helpful for anyone who may be intimidated by plant-based meals. They make it so easy (and delicious), which is essential. We don’t want it to be overwhelming. We want eating plant-based or raw meals to be simple and approachable.
The Thrive Kitchen five-lesson chapter will include….
- Five progressive video lessons
- Over 25 plant-based recipes
- Culinary experts sharing their knowledge; including Chef Susan Feniger, Peggy K, and Chef Matthew Kenney
Below you will find the trailer for Thrive Forward, Kitchen Edition. It gives you a great overview of what is to come. By the look of those stunning dishes, I can’t wait to tune in to see what creations and tips they share! Head on over to thriveforward.com to sign-up for the Thrive Forward series. You can also follow Vega to see what is up and coming on facebook, instagram, and twitter.
