The first question of the morning, “mom, what’s for breakfast?” Sometimes I wish I could say back to them, “well, what are you going to make for mommy?” Oh to live in a bed and breakfast and be served a hot, freshly cooked breakfast everyday. No slaving away over a hot stove, flipping pancakes, and then cleaning up the giant mess. That would be the life!
Let’s get real here. Most mornings consist of cereal or oatmeal. Quick. Easy. Well, for those lazy mornings at home or when you feel like being super mom…here are a few of our family faves! From pancakes, to muffins, to crunchy granola. Some of these recipes you can whip up in no time or even make the night before. Plan ahead and your family (and tummy) will thank you.
