Bundt cakes are my favorite. They are quick to make...mix, pour, bake. Once cooled, you poor over a simple, beautiful glaze. It runs down the sides, making it completely irresistible. I'm a cake girl, not a frosting girl. So I like cake that has a higher cake-to-frosting ratio. Bundts are perfect. Oh, they are stunningly rustic too! This gluten free vegan lemon blackberry bundt cake really is as good as it looks. The cake is very similar to a moist pound cake. It's packed with fresh lemon too ... read more
gluten free no-bake chewy granola bars
Our favorite on-the-go snack...granola bars. Especially homemade granola bars. Yum! My husband gets really excited when he sees a bag of them in the fridge. With his job, he does a lot of driving and needs to keep snacks in the car. Granola bars are great because they are packed with nuts, fruit and gluten free oats. They are much cheaper to make at home and you get to be in charge of every ingredient too. I like to get creative with my granola bar mix-ins, but my family always votes for ... read more

I mean this whole-heartedly and I'm not just blowing sunshine up Sarah's bottom but she really is someone I have the utmost respect for. the perfect gluten free vegan chocolate chip cookie
Crispy on the edges. Gooey and chewy on the inside. Lightly golden brown and loaded with chocolate chips. All things I look for in the PERFECT gluten free vegan chocolate chip cookie. Warm and fresh out of the oven is also a must! I've made more chocolate chip cookie recipes than probably any other recipe. That's how much I love them. I do all the testing in the kitchen to get them to complete perfection, so you don't have to. I also like to eat the cookie dough along the way, since it's egg ... read more
gluten free vegan mini lemon pancakes
Are you a morning person? I'm not. I'm a total night owl and love to stay up late. Working on my blog, watching that latest episode of Downton Abbey, or cuddling on the couch with my man. I just despise waking up early. Totally not my thing. I may (sometimes) wake up grumpy, but you know what always cheers me up? Making a yummy breakfast for my family! These mini lemon pancakes are almost too cute for words. I'm already a huge fan of pancakes of any kind, but make them tiny...just stop it. I've ... read more
gluten free vegan double chocolate zucchini muffins
Can you really have too many muffin recipes on hand? I most certainly don't think so. Muffins are one of my top favorite things to make. There are endless flavor creations...blueberry lemon, pumpkin spice, banana oatmeal, apple cinnamon and chocolate zucchini. Just to name a few of my favorites. I can't choose one. That would be like choosing my favorite child. No way, I love both of my babies way too much! My (crazy good) gluten free vegan double chocolate zucchini muffins are super easy to ... read more
dairy free instant berry frozen yogurt
If you ask me what my favorite dessert is, you may get a different answer depending on the day you ask me. I really don't have a favorite. There are too many that have my heart! I do however, love frozen desserts. Ice cream, sorbet, frozen yogurt, fruit popsicles. I'm always (always) in the mood for ice cream of any sort. When I went dairy free, one thing I missed the most...frozen yogurt. I can still get sorbet at my local yogurt shop, but it's just not the same creaminess that I long ... read more
gluten free vegan soft frosted sugar cookies
Soft, frosted sugar cookies. My weakness. I can't resist them nor do I want to. They are just so cute with their pink frosting (my favorite) and rainbow sprinkles. Who could deny such a simple, adorable cookie? It was a no brainer that I needed to create a recipe for gluten, dairy and egg free version of my most favorite cookies. Once I created my cutout sugar cookies, I knew I had a good start. I changed the recipe a teeny-tiny bit and viola! They became soft, pillowy sugar cookie goodness. ... read more
gluten free vegan frosted brownie bites
How many gluten free brownie recipes have I tested? Too many to count. When I cut out dairy and eggs (on top of gluten), I knew brownies would be the hardest to recreate. I came up with this recipe, which is a bit more cakey. It's the brownie recipe that I have made many times. I do love a more cake-like brownie, but I was in NEED of a fudgey brownie. My heart was longing for such a delicious treasure. That's when I decided to create these gluten free vegan frosted brownie bites. And yes, they ... read more
